These are the anemones that flower later in my Worcestershire garden, smaller and not as vigorous as the pink ones, but still as lovely.
They self-seed too, but not as easily here.
Anyone know what sort of spider this is?
My pink anemones are over now, their long stems being beaten down by the rain, but they still have that great little ball-on-a-stem, left behind when the petals fall, which appeals to me.
They've inspired a stitched design. Pop back tomorrow to see it.
