Making wall light shades to order

I'm making bespoke wall shades for a lovely couple who visited my stand at the RHS Spring Garden Show. They emailed me photographs of their existing wall sconces and shots of their sitting room and I sent my recommendations as to the design and colours I thought would suit.

They were happy with my ideas and here is the work in progress.

The client agreed that the soft green sets off the rest of the colours and works well with the paintings in the room. I love it that my technique allows a little accent colour.
