The upstairs gallery with low ceilings and oak beams lends itself very well to a mixed exhibition and it's fun to put our work together. Here are a few photos for those of you who can't make it to Ledbury this year.
And so to my final exhibition of 2016 - the lovely group show at Weavers Gallery in Ledbury, now in our ninth year. Each day two makers will be there to welcome you, so if you'd like to see a particular artist please email me and I'll let you know which day they will be in residence.
I've been invited back to the beautiful Elmslie House to join 18 other designer makers on Sunday 20 November for its last Craft Market of the year. Have a look at Elmslie's website for details of all the artists taking part, including embroiderer Sue Bibby, artists Jennifer Chance and Hilary Salmon, jewellers Sian Hughes, Helen London and Sue Trindle, porcelain vessels by Louise Hall and Jewels Williams and wood art by Sarah Pinnell and Jill Pargeter. The venue is at 8 Avenue Road, Malvern WR14 3AG and parking is plentiful nearby. Anna's tea and cake is second to none!
I cannot believe how quickly Herefordshire Arts Week comes round each year. For 2016 I am back at Vicarage Cottage in Canon Frome near Ledbury (HR8 2TG) with Jenny the basketmaker. I have new lampshade shapes and new bases to show off. Here are a couple of the latest, half drums on ceramic bases.
We're open from 11am till 5pm every day from Saturday 11th to Sunday 18th September. Do pop by to see what's new and share tea and cake!
Here's a colourful trail map showing 11 venues within easy reach of us so you can make a day of it.
