Biography
I am a lampshade designer maker who is passionate about colour and the play of light. I am inspired by flowers and plants and love to take photographs.
My home studio is on the eastern slopes of the Malvern Hills in the beautiful county of Worcestershire, England. I enjoy the morning light over the Severn Plain, but miss the evening sunsets that hide behind my hill.
I have twin boys who have inherited my love of nature and all things creative.
The purpose of my blog is to share with you the behind the scenes activity that shapes my work, provide hints and tips on choosing, using and caring for lampshades, and to introduce like-minded designer makers whose work I admire.
